These terms govern your use of the SpeakBible mobile app, provided by Kloud45. By using the app you agree to them.
SpeakBible is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account.
Explanations, chapter summaries, devotionals, and prayers are produced by an automated AI system. They are provided as a study aid, are not reviewed by clergy or scholars before you see them, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not theological, pastoral, legal, medical, or financial advice. Always read them alongside the Scripture text itself and use your own judgement.
Bible texts are supplied through API.Bible and remain the property of their respective copyright holders and publishers. They are provided for your personal study within the app. You may not redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit the text obtained through SpeakBible, except as permitted by the relevant rights holder.
You agree not to reverse engineer the app, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, use automated means to extract content at scale, interfere with the service's operation, or use the app to break any applicable law.
We aim to keep SpeakBible running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app depends on third-party services, and features may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn. We may update the app to maintain compatibility and security.
Verses you save and preferences you set remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and sync them so the app can function.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
You may stop using SpeakBible and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
