Delete your account
You can permanently delete your SpeakBible account and the data associated with it at any time.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
- Open SpeakBible and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is removed immediately.
If you signed in some time ago, you may be asked to sign in again first. This is a security check to confirm it is really you.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it
Email support@kloud45.tech from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion". We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your saved and bookmarked verses
- Your search history
- Your preferences, including your chosen translation
- Your notification token
What is kept, and for how long
- Data is removed from our active systems immediately or within 30 days of a request, and purged from routine backups within 90 days.
- Anonymous crash and analytics records that cannot be linked back to you may persist on Firebase's standard retention schedule, up to 14 months.
- Records we are required to keep by law are retained only for as long as the law requires.
This cannot be undone
Deleting your account permanently removes your saved verses. If you want to keep them, note them down before you delete.
Uninstalling the app on its own does not delete your account — it only removes the local cache from your device. Use one of the two options above.
